The 25th annual Coca-Cola Classic was a huge success for the Renegades International Soccer Team. The team was missing a top defender and had some injury issues, but it didn't stop them from playing a fabulous tournament with players stepping up and playing in unfamiliar roles. The team placed 1st in their pool and then lost 2-0 to Chilliwack in the semi final. The game was dominated by our boys with a possession rate of 90%-10% it was a amazing game.

The team only surrendered 3 goals for the tournament and dominated all of the games, especially the game they fell short on which ironically was their best game of the tournament even though it did not show up on the score board...such is soccer.
The International are looking forward to Shane Gasser, Josh Cruickshank and Nathan Narong making speedy recoveries from their injuries. Their team mate Tom is already in Europe and they look forward to seeing him at the International Loch Lomond Soccer Festival in Scotland which they leave for on Aug 3.
